Intuitive bodywork is collaborative, exploratory session that blends structural and energetic approaches, guided by your body’s needs in the moment. Techniques may include Swedish massage, Thai massage-inspired movement and stretching, myofascial and neuromuscular work, somatic support, breathwork, and more—woven together intuitively based on what arises during intake and throughout the session. Use of oil or lotion will vary depending on the nature of the work
All of my work is deeply intuitive- the biggest difference with this type of session is that it allows space for you and I to detach from the ideas of classic ‘massage’ and be free to explore other modalities that may be less traditional or familiar. -
