Intentional bodywork designed to support your unique needs, guided by curiosity and respect for your body’s wisdom.

Therapeutic Massage

  • Grounding, hands-on work designed to help your body release tension, settle your nervous system, and restore a sense of ease.

Using familiar massage techniques such as gliding strokes and kneading, therapeutic massage supports relaxation and overall soft tissue health. Pressure can range based on your preferences and your body’s needs. While deep work is available when appropriate, the goal is never to force change. Instead, I follow your breath and body’s cues to support conditions for body to soften, create space, and reorganize.

Oil or lotion will be used for this type of session

    Best for:
    • Stress relief and nervous system regulation
    • Chronic muscular tension
    • Injury recovery support
    • Restorative care and relaxation

This work is ideal when you’re looking for restoration, relief from persistent tension, or space to simply slow down and reconnect with your body.

Intuitive Movement Bodywork

  • A fully clothed, movement-based session that invites space and a sense of ease into your body.

Inspired by yoga and Thai bodywork traditions, these sessions combine assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, and gentle joint mobilization through both passive and active movement.

Rather than traditional massage strokes, your body is guided through a series of supported stretches and poses designed to create space in your joints and surrounding tissues. The intention is not to push your body beyond its limits, but to work with its natural patterns so that it can self-align within newly created space.

This session is intended to bring a heightened sense of embodiment — helping you connect with how your body moves, breathes, and organizes itself.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, as these sessions are done fully clothed, without oil or lotion. These sessions may take place on a massage table or a futon.

    Best for:
    • Improving flexibility and range of motion
    • Releasing stiffness in hips, shoulders, and spine
    • Supporting active lifestyles
    • Clients who enjoy participatory, movement-based care
    • Cultivating greater body awareness

This work is ideal for those seeking deeper self-awareness, nervous system regulation, or holistic support for physical and emotional tension.
